Kasasagi is housed there with limited personnel while Sasuke leaves to do his good work outside of Konoha.

A Uchiha man who left his family and clan before Uchiha was slated for destruction (his stomach turned by their talk of sedition) met a Missing Nin woman who was the cousin of Izumo Kamizuki, on the run from Danzo trying to draft her into Root. Kasasagi was born to them in the wilds of the Land of Fire. Her mother heard that Danzo was dead and both she and her husband tried to return to Konoha, discovering that Konoha was going to face the Fourth Ninja War. They left her with a caravan intending to bring children from the front back to Konoha. Her mother and father, seeing the rise of the Great Tree, fled back towards her - but were ambushed by White Zetsu and only barely made it to where she hung in the tree-root wrappings. A Ninneko, named Jo, who had been racing to Konoha with a message of warning from Headquarters, saw them. He swore that he would free her if he could and they left one of each of their eyes with the request that he would see that she was given their merged Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan. The Ninneko did all it could, barely escaping the tree time and time again - hoarding the now-merged eyes of her parents in a scroll on it's back. When all was finished, and she awoke, Jo-san took her away from where the fighting was and past the Last Battle of Sasuke and Naruto. From there, she was lost to the ether - guided and protected by Jo-san alone to protect her from her own heritage's dark past and present. He took care of her until he perished protecting the scroll holding her parent's eyes and Sasuke discovered her with her fully awoken three-tomoe Sharingan. He was struck, seeing her standing over the bodies of two Rogue Ninja who had killed her Ninneko companion. He took possession of the scroll and killed any of the others who threatened her birthright. They laid Jo-san to rest. Sasuke's heart bled for her, knowing what it was to lose everyone, and he dispatched a correspondence to Kakashi. Being absolved of his crimes, he made a request as Uchiha heir that a lot of land that once belonged to his clan be reinstated for a new clan that he would make. Shinuchi. He requested that the bounty on the Rogue Nin he and Kasasagi had killed be paid instead in a trust for the Clan. Kakashi was able to grant this due to the bounty and the fact that that land had yet to be rebuilt after the tree had destroyed what work had been done to rebuild after Pain. Sasuke used her example to perform double duty while he was gone from Konoha. One, to protect Konoha, two to collect those who had escaped the massacre by leaving in the dark of night, by being on missions that left them able to choose not to return to Konoha, by marriage that took them from Uchiha, and by being born to Uchiha or part-Uchiha nin across the world.

Substitution Jutsu - She is ridiculously good at this jutsu, so much so that her teachers have had to be granted permission to bonk her on the head or back before her Bukijutsu classes to prevent her from having skipped.
Shadow Clone Jutsu - While not remotely as talented at this as Naruto, she was taught this technique by him due to her similar lack of talent in Transformation Jutsu.
Body Flicker Technique - By using the Body Flicker Technique, a ninja can move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination. She is as talented at this as Minato was, leaning this Jutsu into almost a space-time level jutsu.

Flame Attack - The user imbues their fists with Fire Release. Upon striking the target, they will be consumed by flames.
Flame Capture - The user creates a fire whip. It can knock an opponent a considerable distance, strong enough to damage rock. In her case, she uses a Kusari-fundo (鎖分銅 - a hand held weapon used in feudal Japan, consisting of a length of chain (kusari) with a weight)
Fox Fire - The user manifests ten fire balls in a circle in front of them and launches them with their hand motions
Flint Yagura - The user throws a lighter on the ground in front of his opponent and expands the flame and makes a small spark burst into a pillar of fire.

She may be taller than average, but her physical capabilities are lacking compared to the average. She is a soft hearted person at her core and it means that unless senselessly enraged, she always seems to pull her punches and kicks. She does not like training in this and gets into trouble for using Amaterasu: Shield of Black Flames too readily for protection.

Great Fireball Technique - The user kneads chakra in their body and turns it into fire, which they then expel from their mouth; the more chakra they use, the more flames that are produced. Sometimes the flames lack a distinct shape, being only a stream, but more often than not they take the form of a giant orb that maintains its shape until hitting a target. Upon impact, the fireball is powerful enough to crater the ground and vaporise the surroundings. Against living targets, the fireball can cause extensive burns.
Uchiha Flame Formation - After manifesting small chakra flames on each finger of one hand, the user then slams their palm on the ground, resulting in the creation of a cylindrical barrier enveloping a location of their choosing, protecting anything contained within and burning whatever comes into contact with the barrier's exterior.
Specialized Jutsu
Kekkei Genkai, Specialized, or Uncommon Shinobi arts and techniques.
Sharingan - Sharingan broadly refers to a range of genjutsu performed with the Sharingan. It has also been shown to be performed through the Sharingan's higher evolutions. By establishing eye contact with a target, the Sharingan user traps them within a genjutsu which can be exploited for one of various purposes.
Amaterasu - Amaterasu is a Mangekyō Sharingan dōjutsu, and the highest level of Fire Release. Amaterasu produces black flames at the focal point of the user's vision. Once created, the flames will not stop burning until their target is completely incinerated. The flames cannot be extinguished with water, the passage of time or any other normal methods; only the user can put the flames out. Amaterasu burns any material — other flames included — until nothing but ash remains. Beyond mere offence, Amaterasu's flames can be used as a deterrent, with users surrounding themselves in its flames to discourage physical attacks.
Amaterasu: Shield of Black Flames - The manipulated flames of Amaterasu are used to cover immediate space around Kasasagi, thereby surrounding the her with a shield of black fire. In addition to the damage it can inflict, this technique has the psychological effect of causing melee enemies to hesitate in attacking the user of this technique with physical attack.

She is the last person that would ever be able to manage taking the lead in a scenario. She has not fared well in circumstances that required her to hold the lives of others and the good work of others in her hands.

Much different than Leadership, tactics of a singular nature (only involving herself) she can manage with far more aplomb. She can orchestrate an unusual amount of pieces by using her own abilities and the good sense to read others.

She is the premiere first-aid student any teacher could ask for, but she does have limitations due to her less than stellar experiences in life. She is no Sakura, not in terms of noble sacrifice, but she is more than capable of keeping her head low and performing the job right.

She is espescially... middling. Some great habits and horrible habits combine to make her a rather neutral talent at Surviving. She has no need of support or amenities persay, but she is utterly despondent when lacking certain ones for comfort - having known what it is to go without and then finally be provided for, she does all she can to always have what she needs.
Adaptability
The art of adjusting oneself physically and/or mentally to a change in conditions.
Combining her talents at stealth and reflexes and agility, then mixing in her skills with survival and tactics, we come to find shes just a bit better than the average person with adjusting to changes around and within her. She will adapt, and do so with class, but she desperately dislikes it.

The art of secretly obtaining information and/or disrupting the workings of a target.
Her ability to ruin your day in secret is positively off the charts. Because of her frightened nature, she may seem like a coward to most - but she is simply waiting for someone to turn out the light to lay down a kind of plot that will destabilize governments in order to target a single person. Kusari-fundo - a hand held weapon used in feudal Japan, consisting of a length of chain (kusari) with a weight (fundo) attached to each end of the chain. She uses this strictly on a defensive basis on protecting herself. Sometimes she creates one of thes out of pure elemental jutsu.
Specialized Skills
The art of using a Kekkei Genkai or any other skill that has limited users or specialized training.
Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan - is an advanced form of the Sharingan that has only been activated by a handful of Uchiha. A Mangekyō Sharingan is distinguished from a normal Sharingan by its appearance, which changes the form of the tomoe seal. While the exact design differs for each user, they all resemble pinwheels. It is initially awakened by the trauma suffered from witnessing the death of someone close to the user. The Mangekyō Sharingan retains all of the Sharingan's generic abilities. In addition to that, the Mangekyō grants powerful abilities that differ between each eye/user.
