Wayne comes from a wealthy family. He's used to having everything. He was also the prodigy of the previous owner of the bank although he came to ownership rather abruptly after the previous owner was murdered. It's a corrupted business he runs doing what he can to obtain more wealth so he works with gangs and whatnot whatever will get the money in. This started with the previous owner and passed on to him though he's trying to be a bit better.
