Kingsley has dark blue hair just like his father and brother, and grey eyes just like his twin Victor. He had shorter hair than his brother, his hair going about to his chin. He is usually very serious to those who just meet him, but he a lot more lax with friends and cool headed.

Personality:

Kingsley Hayes is cocky, but charming when he choses. He is very much a workaholic, always wanting to get things done and putting his devotion and work before his own personal relationships at times. This attitude affecting his love life for a majority of his life because he would rather put his all into his work than waste time with a lover, as some would say he was married to his work.

He is blunt and to the point, not caring if he hurts feelings when speaking the truth. This also turns a lot of people off about him, but it makes it so he won't hide anything good or bad. His bluntness comes from his ability he inherited called 'Truth Seeking' Where he can quickly go through people's lies and using the fear and dark energy from them against his foes, paralyzing them from within their psyche. Depending on how fresh the lie or the risk of the lie will depend on the damage it causes. A white lie will cause no pain to anyone.

Kingsley also loves to drink, whiskey being his favourite. He drinks it like one would water, he loves the burning sensation it gives and the sheer taste. He is good at holding his liquor and very rarily gets drunk. If he does he is very forceful and at times a little aggressive.

Childhood:

Kingsley is a dark angel who, along with his twin brother Victor, were born to Xavier and Marie Hayes, two dark angels themselves. They were born in the time of ancient Rome which was being gripped in chaos from the leaders being taken over by far more corrupted angels from the underworld. He and his brother were close, both very intelligent but kept only to themselves, only liking the company of each other. They therefore didn't have a lot of friends.

Their father whom were a venator (aka under world police officer) trained them to follow in his foot steps. The two training in the academy in their teenage years and put on a team. It were there they came to meet an aspiring venator named Alexander Voss, whom the called Alec.

The Past:

The corrupted world started to grip the twins when their mother betrayed their father by falling in love and sleeping with their new found friend Alec. The guilt and betrayal made darkness consume her and took her life before Kingsley's eyes. His father whom worked as a professor at an elite English university as a guise were left to take care of two sons after such heartbreaking betrayal. Xavier tried his mightiest to raise two sons which harbored supernatural powers like he had but soon darkness will even overtake the twins as they were losing more and more hope on their society and turned their backs on them to join the dark lord of the underworld.

The dark lord promised the twins high status in his ranks, and to be able to use their powers without being held back. Kingsley naturally wanted that power and through hard work and proving himself to be a good knight and protector of the people of the underworld he was then promoted to being a general and duke of the dark lord, being his right hand man in a lot of battles.

Unfortunately Kingsley started to see the pain the dark lord caused upon his own kind and even the people of the underworld. His and his brother's bodies could hardly take being in the pits of hell for much longer, their wings becoming tattered from battle and not being able to heal properly in the stifled enviroment. They decided to try to leave but the dark lord will not have it, the dark lord then took Kingsley's twin Victor and forced him into exile and punishment in being a blood sucker in limbo. Where he could only feel on souless beinging who were left in the spaces between worlds. The dark lord thought to use Victor as a means to make Kingsley stay.

Kingsley had to make a tough choice, leave his brother to seek help from the above, the people whom he betrayed. Or stay and still be caught up in the misery the dark lord commanded them to. He risked for the first choice, having to fight and sneak his way out of the underworld to his previous home. Not to his surprise he wasn't taken in kindly, having put under trial for treason. He preaded his case and for his life to let him have another chance, to let him prove it to them that he is no longer with the dark lord and he will forever serve the angels again. Skeptical, they allowed him to prove himself, he was a powerful being and it were backed up by another elite member of the venators Felix. Kingsley had to prove himself by serving in the underground police force for the immortals, he was given the toughest cases and were under watchful eyes as he served. Until he proved himself they will not help or let him go to his brother so he worked hard to work to that goal. Eventually he were so dedicated to his job that he became the leader of the top unit with Felix and Alec.

Even if Alec were the reason his mother was consumed by darkness, he thought the man deserved a clean slate like he himself got. From there on out they served together.

Meeting of Dimitri and the Rescue of Victor:

 While cycling through bodies to have himself reborn into a mortal vessle, Kingsley did something wrong and ended up possessing a plush toy which was found by Dimitri LeBeau. He couldn't escape the plush toy unless he had human contact to release his soul, this was helped by Dimitri's master, Saki , daring him to kiss the plush and letting Kingsley out. He were forced to be in his true form in front of them and had to explain his situation.

Kingsley stayed with Dimitri, sharing a room with him by Saki's invitation. Still he remained determined to get to his work and do his hours, while having a drink at the end of the day with his team. As they stayed together Kingsley started to develop a liking for Dimitri, like his sassiness and being able to make the man blush with his smooth cool demenor. Soon enough he were more eager to get home to see Dimitri, than spend time on his work.

Everything came to it's tipping point when Kingsley followed Dimitri to a bar where the latter was being hit on by a man. Dimitri who himself were lonely and still struggling a bit with a broken heart, thinking Kingsley were not interested him him were about to go off with the man. Just as Kingsley appeared, stabbing a dagger in the man's side and whispering at him to leave. The interogation caused a scene and he were kicked out by the bartender, he took Dimitri with him and confessed his feelings to him on why he reacted like that.
