Victor has dark blue hair like his father and twin, and his eyes are grey just like his twin Kingsley's. He also has a silver clasp earring and piercing on the outer shell of his right ear, the clasp he received from his husband Elliot when they first met. His expression is usually blank or deadpan if he is calm, but stern and frowning when he is displeased. If he gets angry enough he can also start to growl or snarl, baring his fangs.
Personality:
Victor is quick tempered, aloof, and has a feral like demeanor, as he growls when he is displeased or upset. He usually always has a hard serious look on his face and intimidating, also he is very blunt and to the point in his way of speaking. Like his brother he doesn't hold anything back when speaking his mind, even if it might be something embarrassing or might hurt someone's feelings. Victor is also very protective with his lover Elliot, who is like the beauty to his beast, he can get easily jealous and have inferiority issues when compared with his brother and other good looking men, but he is much more confident in his lover's feelings towards him now. However, with his family and children, he shows a much gentler side, he cares a lot for the people he loves and innocent people.
Childhood:
Victor is a dark angel who, along with his twin brother Kingsley, were born to Xavier and Marie Hayes, two dark angels themselves. They were born in the time of ancient Rome which was being gripped in chaos from the leaders being taken over by far more corrupted angels from the underworld. He and his brother were close, both very intelligent but kept only to themselves, only liking the company of each other. They therefore didn't have a lot of friends.
Their father whom were a venator (aka under world police officer) trained them to follow in his foot steps. The two training in the academy in their teenage years and put on a team. It were there they came to meet an aspiring venator named Alexander Voss, whom the called Alec.
The Past, How He Became a Blood Sucker:
After Victor's mother was consumed by darkness and her life was taken away, Victor and his twin had their lives drastically change, their father Xavier Hayes took care of them by himself, raising them until they were young adults. As tensions were rising between the dark lord and the gods the twins were tempted into betraying their fellow angels to fight alongside the dark lord's army, because he promised them high status and ranks. Victor with his electricity wielding power was a top fighter and commander in the dark lord's army.
Victor, just like his brother, soon saw the pain and suffering the dark lord brought upon even his own people, and being angels and sons of a god, their bodies could not take being in the stifling environment that was the underworld, the atmosphere there making their wings grow tattered from the battle and unable to heal. They planned to leave but the dark lord would not have it, for he knew if both the twins were to go to the other side he would be defeated, so he whisked up Victor and cursed him to become a blood sucker, and placed him in limbo where all he could feed on were soulless beings waiting in purgatory, therefore having him go hungry eternally. The dark lord thought this would make Kingsley stay, but the elder twin opted to leave his brother for a chance to come back and save him with the army of their kind.
As years passed, Victor being hungry for blood, he started to lose some of his humanity and grew feral. Attacking and trying with no avail to get a feeding from soulless beings. It was not until Kingsley returned he would be freed from this personal hell, however, Victor did not recognize his brother and thought him to be a living snack. So the twins had an epic brawl, where Kingsley narrowly defeated his brother to incapacitate him and get him the overworld to fully have him healed.
