Ariston

Appearance Aris is small in stature yet proportional. He is built well, while still maintaining a slender and dainty figure, similar to that of an australian stock horse. The crest of his neck is well developed and elegantly arches. His head is well proportioned and muzzle small while possesing a slight roman nose. His legs are slender and his gaits are precise and attuned. Aris's ears are considered by some to be comically large, the whisps of hair on their insides are blonde and curled similarly to his main and tail. Aris's coat color is silver bay. His coat is rich in a color mixture of chocolate and auburn. He is dappled over the majority of his body, particularly his neck, belly, rear and shoulders. Smaller dapples are lightly visable on his cheeks. These rich browns often result in shadows of a vague violet color. Aris's main and tail are a graying blond. His hair is thick, and perhaps most noticeably an array of tight curls mixed with unkept frizz. His tail varies in length, he often leaves it to grow until becoming annoyed with its maintenance and cuts if short. It is never shorter than his stifle or longer than his fetlock. His mane is always kept at a consistant length, midway down his neck. Because of his manes curls it always rests evenly on both sides and stands up quite a bit, obscuring the crest of his neck. His mane is sometimes kept in small buns to keep it tidy though he often leaves his forelock down. Aris has no white markings on his legs, only silvering around his lower joints. He has a diamond shaped star on his forehead with a circle taken out of its right side. His muzzle has a patchy snip and his lower lip also possesses patchy white markings. Finally, on the right side of his neck, behind his ear and nearing his crest is a small white patch of hair that is an obscure birthmark he has had since birth.

Shifting Appearance Aris unintentionally possesses an occult ability of unknown origin. He keeps this ability under wraps as he discouvered his possession of it after an unfortunate accident and encounter with an entity of an unknown and possibly malevolent force. Upon enterting into a deeper stage of this ability his mind and body shift as well as his appearence. The radiant blue of his eyes become dull and milky. His cheek, the sockets of his eyes, and the white markings on his muzzle are obscurred with the marking of a deathly visage. Unsettling milky white fluid seeps from his eyes and nose. He becomes disoriented, and his mind slow in processing the physical world. Anyone tp happen upon him would surely be shocked at his eerie and sickly appearence. While his senses are dulled, he still maintains his personal identity and is aware of his actions. Aris is able to shift this ability off and forgo this unsightly appearence rather abruptly, the facial markings and milky eyes quickly fade away. However, a mental fog and lethargy continues for some time, as well as a discharge from his eyes and nose. Because of these factors, he must be cautious.
