Alroen's Ownership

General terms of use/things to note for adoptables:

• All adopts are one-offs/non-CS unless mentioned.
• All adopts can be converted into any species with permission from the species owner. Please keep the original design's image and credit.
• Edits to adopts are allowed, including drawing over the adopt file. Please just credit me for the ORIGINAL adopt design and upload the unedited version to your chara gallery. DO NOT rehome the original and edited design separately.
• Adopts can only be resold for the price they are originally sold for or lower. Any commissioned artwork can be added to the resell value of the adoptable. Also please notify me of any ownership changes to users outside of TH.
• Once I accept an offer (for art or design offers), you can still back out of them. However, repeated back outs will not be allowed to offer on my adopts for the same number of days the character was on hold for you (counting the day I accepted to the day of offer withdrawal). It's merely to discourage people from backing out and not being serious in their offers after so long of putting the adopt on hold (exceptions may be made in case of emergencies).
• Please don't ghost me after I accept your offer. If by any circumstance you would like to retract your offer, do let me know.
• Commercial use (of the design, not art) is allowed. I'd prefer if I was notified but it's optional!
