Idalia was born and raised in the city of Graycott, located in the cold region of the Grento Ice Plains. Surrounded by the lively hustle and bustle of city-goers, Idalia wasted no time in working to find her place within the city. She started out running small errands for her neighbors when she became old enough to go out on her own, picking up groceries and other materials that those she lived around were too busy to acquire themselves. Her help was of course appreciated, her massive jar of allowances a testament to that fact- and it became quite known that if anyone found that their hands were tied on time, and they needed something fast, Idalia was there to assist. She became quite well-known and a popular customer at the stores she'd visit, her presence always a welcoming sight to see for those selling their wares; in fact, most sellers found her quite beneficial. Idalia found such errands to be beneficial to herself as well, not just for the money she earned by doing so, but because by purchasing items for others, she was able to make clear and rationalized decisions on what products were better than others and so forth, which impressed those she worked for.
Idalia did these regular runs all the way through her schooling, and even after she graduated and moved on to trade school. She found that this part of her life was something she could make a career out of, and slowly but surely, she made her way into the world of personal shopping. She started small, acquiring shopping lists from her patrons and doing the dirty work for them, but slowly found herself working for the wealthier of the city, making clothing runs and pickups from the tailors for her customers. To this day, Idalia still loves her line of work and enjoys the time she gets to shop for others and make their lives a bit easier. She wouldn't have it any other way, and she hopes she can extend her craft farther than just the city someday.

Though Janelle and Idalia live far apart, they have always been quite close, meeting each other via online web forums and growing a close bond over their like-minded interests. Upon meeting each other, Idalia was able to experience Janelle's luck firsthand, and when Idalia is in need of some support or a bit of a lucky charm, Janelle is always there to send her some assistance.
Best Friend
When Idalia gives herself a much-needed vacation, she normally heads down to Azmarin to meet up with Janelle, the two slowly making their way to Whitelight Shores for a bit of fun. During one of their outings in the oceanside city, they met Palila, who graciously welcomed them inside her salon and did their hair and nails for them. The three girls hit it off fantastically, and they all make it their mission to see each other whenever they can.
Customer
When word of Idalia's profession hit the wealthy town of Wimborne, Vincent was the first to hire her for her services, leaving her solely in charge of picking up and transporting his tea from Waekefield to his estate by any means necessary. The two have never met, but Idalia appreciates the large sums of money she earns from the wealthy man for her time and efforts.
