"I'd love being tapped into colliering myself, but at my size,
I don't think I'd catch anything worthwhile haha!"
While personally not much for combat, Austa has no problem with creating the weapons needed for it. Ever since she was tapped for blacksmithing, it seems as though her talons are always clutching a hammer or tongs. Although, admittedly, she wasn't... one of the quickest to receive her Forge Safety Certificate when she started off.
Austa always aims to keep others happy, whether it be making little bits of jewelry as gifts, or running off to do errands in her spare time. As long as others are happy, she's usually happy, but she has no issue standing up for herself if needed. Tends to be a little quiet at times; not to be rude, but just because she gets lost in thought fairly often.

- Small, even for a screech owl; about 8 inches long with a wingspan only a little over twice that.
History
Early Life and Adolescence
Austa considers her childhood very straightforward, if a bit boring. She was raised at the Great Ga'hoole Tree as an only hatchling to two immigrant parents. The two of them were supportive, and she loved them as much as any owl could.
Flying was a simple task to her, really. As soon as she learned to fly, it seemed she would never touch the ground
As she grew older, she expressed interest in learning about the chaws, although she always leaned towards working with fire. When she was tapped for blacksmithing, she was ecstatic!

Current Day
Currently, Austa is very happy with her place in the tree. Although blacksmithing is sometimes difficult (considering the fact that most of the things she works on are twice her size), there's nothing she'd rather be doing.
