Meet His Royal Highness, Prince Pillow of Mazarin.

The prince of a distant, peaceful country, he is the first of the royal family to show magic capabilities.

His calming aura was first dismissed, as just being how his soft spoken and gentle demeanour (as well as his whole deal with constantly wearing pyjamas and being sleepy) affected those around him, but the levitation was not as easy to explain away.

His parents have now sent him off to magic school to full fill his potential, and despite him having a tendency to doze off in class, he is doing pretty well.

Of course, a prince can't just be left unprotected, so his parents also gave him an odd little walkie talkie-like device to bring with him...

I wonder who has the other one...?

(Also... Yes, his name is partially a pillow prince" joke, but also it just sounded cute.)
