The Princess of Taura
The quiet daughter of King ??? and Queen ???, and sister to the heir of the Tauran throne. Compared to the Sílarwood's fearsome reputation as conquerors and powerful, righteous rulers, Evelyn seems to fall short. Despite the fact that Evelyn is more suited to be crowned than her brother, she has unofficially been given the duty of watching over her brother and acting as his right-hand man. Evelyn exists as her brother's shadow, something she has come to prefer over time.

Details
At first glance, Evelyn is the ideal image of a princess--regal, responsible, diligent and patient. She takes her responsibilities to the crown very seriously; she is rigorous in all of her studies and she always has been. She appears to be naturally good at everything she does, and puts on an effortlessly graceful performance on top of it all.
Being put under an immense amount of pressure from everyone around her has inhibited Evelyn's mental state severely. Behind her smile and regality she is extremely anxious and insecure, hiding panic attacks late at night when she thinks she is alone. Her identity is based off of the praise she has received from working herself to the bone and, failing to get that praise more and more as she has aged has caused her to be borderline needy and a perfectionist who punishes herself for 'failing' to live up to expectations.
Evelyn struggles socially; although she is incredibly lonely and longs to be able to connect to people, her anxiety about being perfect halts most social interactions besides superficial conversation. She's good at small talk, but the moment the conversation requires more something in her panics. She is deeply insecure and she struggles to be vulnerable enough to let anyone in.
Evelyn is extremely perceptive, even if she doesn't often comment on what she learns. She's incredibly skilled linguistically and musically and is able to pick up new skills quickly. She's studious and works hard for what she has, hoping that these skills will compensate for the disappointment she feels from her family.
Evelyn has a big heart and cares a lot for the wellbeing of those around her. There's very little she wouldn't to help ease someone's suffering. She's very passionate about the things that capture her interest. She loves a challenge and she isn't easily discouraged by failure.
Evelyn is avoidant and hesitant to do anything that might 'shake the boat' -- she hates confrontation and is a people pleaser to a detrimental degree. She is incredibly shy and awkward beyond superficial conversation, and she finds it incredibly difficult to be vulnerable with others.

- Depending on the season, Evelyn's shifts will conjure magic in the form of nature around her. Snow falls around her in her winter season, flower petals in her spring season, ??? in her summer season and falling leaves in her autumn form.

Skills
An elegant long-bow expertly carved out of the wood of a white ash tree. It has a 'natural' appearance to it, as if the bark of the wood has twined together to form the strong limbs.
Despite the fact that she dislikes physical fighting immensely, Evelyn is skilled with several different weapons thanks to the rigorous training forced upon her. She much prefers archery to any melee combat, though she can pick up most weapons and have some idea of how to use them.
The Sílarwood bloodline is an ancient one from the Feywild, the source of all magic on Opreia. Magic is like second nature to Evelyn, and although she has had to train to learn how to control and manipulate it, it is literally in her blood.
The arts are very valued in Taura, and the royal family is expected to have some level of appreciation and skill in the arts. Evelyn has taken this an extra step as it's one of the lessons she actually enjoys. She spends much of her time composing music and can play several different instruments. The piano is her favorite.
Being expected to act as diplomat to the largest Kingdom in Opreia means that Evelyn has had to take her language studies very seriously. She quite enjoys studying different languages, and she is proficient in Common, Elvish, Sylvan, Dwarvish, and she is working on learning Celestial in her spare time.
A trait from the Sílarwood bloodline being tinged by Feywild magic. As and Eldarin, Evelyn is able to shift her appearance to suit the 'season' she is, which is effected by her mood.
