Warren lived most of his life in a facility that studied young gifted children in hopes of extracting whatever makes them special and give it to the general public. Warren has underdeveloped fire abilities, and minor telekenis. He's been trying to build his abilities by going out at night and following a police scanner. Often times he has run-in's with the police but he always, somehow, makes his way out of it.
