PERSONALITY

Eager, altruistic, and good-hearted, yet brash and naive. Julian has the wholesome, earnest nature of a real hero (something surprisingly rare in Superverse, as it turns out). His conscience won't allow him to stand idly by while others suffer, or while injustice goes unchecked. He feels not only a selfless desire to help people, but also, a great pressure to use his tremendous powers as wisely and benevolently as he can. Responsibility weighs heavily on him, so he does all he can to meet expectations - especially those he sets for himself.

However, Julian's righteous ideals paired with his youthful naivete often unwittingly land him in trouble. He's gullible, prone to rash judgments, and easily led astray by his craftier foes. Oh, and hotheaded, too! Low-blow insults can send him into a flustered fervor, which doesn't help in tense situations. At his best, he's a smart, brave, charismatic guy who handles his troubles with grace and dignity. At his worst, he makes an absolute fool of himself. He never lets it get him down for too long, though. Thankfully, his sense of self-worth isn't something any embarrassing blunder or heinous villain can take away from him.

His interests include anime, astrology, tabletop RPGs, science, and outer space (but not aliens, nope, those are scary).

Gravity Bender
Levitation, maneuvering matter, and crushing objects are all easy feats for Quasar.

Black Hole / White Hole Projection
Can summon black holes to absorb matter, or white holes to repel it. These constructs may act with mild or extreme force.
