Kikiio

Kind of a dumbass tbh. Kikiio is a saber shooter who spent most of her early childhood in the capital with her mother, before eventually moving in with her fathers family in their Sabertooth tribe. Despite being relatively young at the time of moving in with her clan, she could never shake off the teasing of being called a 'soft city kitty.' As such, she made tremendous efforts, particularly in her teenaged years, to prove herself as powerful and vicious a hunter as her brethren, with varied results. What empathy she may have had was quickly repressed as she grew into a young adult, competing with others her age to see who could hunt the biggest, the fastest, the most dangerous prey.

Kikiios skills were most apparent in her survivalist capabilities, however. Perhaps because of spending her childhood in the city, she was always more keenly aware of what was needed for survival in the wilderness, and made it a point to learn how to thrive with or without tools. Kikiio could be dropped in the middle of the savannah with nothing but her claws, and would still be able to track her prey, snare it, and navigate back home with it. Her more hands on combat skills were lacking, sadly, only reinforcing the 'city kitty' jeers. Her other greatest asset, however, turned out to be her archery skills. Not only could Kikiio draw the immensely large, difficult bows needed to fire jolts strong enough to take down dino prey, but she could do so with amazing accuracy. She used every sense to her advantage (sight, sound, smell, even vibrations through the ground and slight changes in wind), to land incredibly precise shots, bringing down targets often before they ever realized they were being stalked.

Eventually, after multiple conflicts with her clan mates (exacerbated by teenaged hormones), Kikiio did something incredibly foolish, and challenged their clan leader for her alpha position. After refusing to back down, Kikiio was thoroughly thrashed, and left with a large scar over one shoulderblade as a reminder. Humiliated, she couldn't bring herself to stay and be the laughingstock of her clan for all time. So, maybe she really was a city kitty. She returned to the capital, only to find most shooters there really were rather hoity-toity, looking down their noses at her for being a 'primative' saber. Turns out challenging them and threatening to eat their bones didn't help.

Kikiio eventually found a place for herself among an elite sniper unit, and serving as muscle alongside gemhunters turning a profit. Purrs when anxious. Said purr is very rattly, raspy, and HELLA LOUD. Sounds like a broken lawnmower trying to start. And she gets anxious a lot. When angry, she will sometimes slam her tail down on the ground. Hee tail is big and muscley, so she sometimes leaves dents.
