Meisa is a warm and kind-hearted woman. She's attentive and charismatic. She always try to protect her beloved ones. She isn't a fan of modern solutions - that's why she still doesn't have a phone. She's interested in history and mythology, especially Ancient Greek. As a hero, she's able to sacrifice everything to help others. She's partial to children. Before deciding to be a hero, she wanted to be a kindergarten teacher. She tends to gets into someone else's business. She's really energetic. As a child she was really quiet and calm.

She easily gets carried away and she almost always gives an impression to be absent minded. She's way too trustful and she believes everything she's said, even if it's stupid. She gets nervous easily and sometimes she can be really tactless. She usually avoids fight and focus on saving civilians. She's confident about her own skills and she never loses hope. She respects laws and she's really reliable. She's a bit overemotional. She's impatient and immature.

She tends to bite her fingernails and skip her breakfast.

When she was a child, she was often listening to her mother reading stories about old times. She was fascinated by it and soon she couldn't stop talking about it. In primary school she spent every single weekend in the library looking for history books. She especially loved Ancient Greek and their mythology - her favorite myth was about Hermes stealing Apollo's cows. She still has plenty of history books on her bookshelf. As much as history, Meisa loves cosplaying history characters. Her hero outfit is an one big cosplay adapted to hero needs.

Meisa had a really happy and peaceful childhood. Her family wasn't big, since she was an only child. She loved kids and she has always wanted to have a sister or brother, but her parents didn't want any more children.

Meisa always wanted to be a kindergarten teacher or librarian. In middle school she used to be bullied. She was a easy target - she was weak and naive. The girls, who was doing it to her was stealing her money, her homework and calling her a freak and weak. She didn't tell anybody about it, because she didn't want to act like squealer. She tried to handle everything alone. Her bullies didn't use any violence, but their words were enough to hurt her. Each day they were telling her she's just a stupid girl and that she'll be nothing when she will be n adult.

She decided to enter U. A. High School in heat of the moment. She wanted to break free from them and show them, that she's strong enough to become hero.

She passed the U. A. Entrance Exam and started education at U. A. High School. She wasn't sure if this was exactly what she wanted to do, but she didn't want to give up - it would just confirm everything her bullies said. She was working so hard to become a hero one day. Everyone in her class accepted her and she even made some friends. She really come to love her new school and becoming a pro hero slowly became her dream. At the same time, she was still developing her history passion. While sitting in the library and looking for books about Ancient Greek, she met her senpai, Hideya Miruku. They became good friends. They started dating, when she was in the 2nd grade.

Meisa graduated from U. A. High School after 3 years of education and started working in her boyfriend's dad's agency and died her hair.
