Instead, he sees them as potential targets and playthings. Most see this as an example of Jacobin's childish, irresponsible demeanor, but they may have been too quick to judge...

Jacobin wasn't just born into the world. He was the result of two drunk idiots who thought it would be a good idea to try and combine their elemental essences into one, just to see what would happen. In this instance, a new elemental was created! One that Calypte and Volta didn't notice until they woke up the next day. Since that day, Jacobin has become a menace to each and every person he meets. There aren't many who can stand to be in his general vicinity for long periods of time. The number is low enough to fit on one hand.
Jacobin grew up under the care of his father, Calypte, until he was old enough to journey out into the world. Which he did, without much hesitation. He has gone all over the place, wreaking havoc and seducing everyone who catches his eye. Being the son of a djinn and marid has given him immeasurable power, and he has not been afraid to use it to his advantage in every town and city he visits. He has made quite the name for himself because of this.
Trivia
- Jacobin is based on White Out Mountain Dew.
- He has many, many nicknames (most of which he has given himself). One of them is "White Out," like the Mountain Dew. Some of the other names are not as polite...
- Jacobin is most associated with snow and ice, due to the combined elements of air and water that he inherited from his fathers. He tends to exude a chill or frosty air whenever he enters a room. He likes how it subtly asserts his dominance over everyone else in the room with him.
- He was created on the Prime Material plane, not the Elemental planes like his fathers. This means that he isn't bound by the same forces as they are, and his power is his and his alone.

Calypte [ father ]
Jacobin tends to act like a petulant teenager with Calypte, blaming any inconvenience on him no matter what. Whether he truly cares for Calypte is uncertain...
Volta [ father ]
Jacobin hates him. A lot. Why? Jacobin would tell you that there are too many reasons to say. Could it be because Jacobin is a spiteful creature who enjoys hating people? Are their personalities so disastrously similar that they constantly butt heads? Could it be because Volta was an absentee father? Could it be all of the above? Who really knows?
Kestra [ older half-sister ]
Despite being far stronger than her, Jacobin would never try to get on Kestra's nerves. He knows that she is determined enough to punch him, and it will hurt.
