Make sure to use two! But one is okay, depending in the texter's aesthetic.
A diary huh... I never made a diary since my parents rarely gave me privacy. Knowing them, they might check my things and find a diary. They used to control my social media after all.
Speaking of my parents, I grew up with overprotective parents who wouldn't bring me to playgrounds or anywhere outside at all. The only time they'd put bring me outside is when I have to go to school.
I couldn't stand how overprotective they were, so I would leave school early and explore the world, though I make sure to come home in time so that my parents won't suspect anything. I never got caught and I started getting better at making up lies.
When I entered 6th grade, my parents started pressuring me to study more so that I'll have high grades, which gave me less time to walk around after leaving school. My parents would always wait for me outside so they can teach me when I get home.
I thought it wouldn't be bad at first, but every time I get an answer wrong, I'll get punished by getting a slap on my wrist or get hit with a belt. I still have the scars on my body, which is why I can't stand seeing myself naked.
I began to despise my family. I hated how freedom was stripped off from me from the start. I know that they're protective of me, but they still hurt me both physically and emotionally.
Thinking about it, I wish I had more fun in my childhood.
To tell the truth, I've always wanted to be a writer. I enjoyed writing stories and writing fiction, so I can explore some topics in fiction and get creative. However, after I graduated from high school, my parents didn't agree with me studying to become an author. They wanted me to be a doctor instead so that I can make money.
I could tell that they were hoping for me to give them money when they grow old, and I would, but being a doctor is something that I wouldn't want to be. It's up for me to decide what I want for my future, I'm not a child anymore. My parents and I got into a big argument because of it, and we haven't talked to each other properly in a month until it was time for me to choose which college I'd like to go to.
My parents talked to me and told me that they'll give me one more chance while I was looking for colleges to apply to. They told me that if I study to become a doctor, they'll pay for my student loans, and if I don't, well... They won't support me of course.
Seeing my parents decide this really hurt, but I don't want to give up my passion for writing for a field I genuinely don't care about studying for. Because I didn't want to give up, I chose a college that'll help me improve my writing skills, and my parents packed my things without letting me know.
When I came back home from visiting the campus, my parents forced me to leave the next day. I was furious, but I knew I needed to get out of this house soon. I slept at 9 PM and woke up at 4 AM to leave. I never said goodbye to them and I stopped contacting them.
It's hard earning money for myself, but I have to make sure I have enough money to pay for necessities. I'm thankful that I have a scholarship though, but I hope I have enough money to buy school materials for myself.
Merry Christmas! I really started with something depressing for this website, huh? But, it's not like people will read this, and I can vent out my feelings here, so that's great!
I spent my Christmas eating traditional Filipino food with my roommate! My roommate's a pretty cool girl, and she introduces me to things I've never seen before! Thanks to her, I have a lot of interests and they help me come up with creative ideas!
By the way, she told me there was this idol girl group performing in Christmas. She wanted to give her extra ticket to me, but she ended up giving it to someone else who's a fan of the group, and she's sorry about it, but I don't mind. It's better to give the ticket to a fan, though I am curious about the group.
Anyways, I had a great Christmas! I never got any presents, but that's okay! I'm satisfied with today.

Michelle is a kind and patient girl who often gives others the benefit of the doubt and second chances. However, she does have a limit when people start testing her. Instead of blowing up and raging at people, she gives them the cold shoulder. Whenever she explains to people, she stutters a bit since she isn't good at explaining some things in words.
Michelle takes many part-time jobs, such as working in a cafe, restaurant, supermarket, and many other jobs, filling up almost all of her schedules. As much as she'd love to take less jobs or not have any during college, her parents didn't want to support her, so she had to earn money for herself.
Every time she has a free day, she spends her time resting and taking a walk outside her dorm. Sometimes she would play in the playground and play with kids. Michelle is an extrovert, so she enjoys going outside a lot. She plans to have a pet in the future when her life is stable.
She loves to go outside and play in parks since she never got to in her childhood, so she wishes that she gets more freedom in the future.
