Kyo Writer

Kyo is a Second Lieutenant in the WHT RCKT Program. She has served as a member of the program for a couple years now and currently oversees the deployment of soldiers to a section of the Johto border.

Kyo is originally from Driftveil City in the Unova region. Her parents divorced when she was young, causing Kyo to run with a gang in Driftveil called the "Bolt Strikes" for a while. During her time with the gang, she rescued an Espurr of the streets and began to raise it as her partner. Ultimately, once Caitlin entered her life, Kyo left the Bolt Strikes to be a better role model for her younger half-sister.

Wanting to get on the straight and narrow, Kyo left Unova to join the WHT RCKT program. She hoped the combination of military discipline and working with formerly abused Pokémon would clean her record up enough that Caitlin had a shot at joining the Unova Elite Four. She ascended their ranks quickly, obtaining a team of Psychic types and has been working to get them to open up to her. 

• Meowstic (female) - Kyo's first Pokémon and her partner through all these adventures.
• Galarian Rapidash (female) - The first Pokémon given to Kyo by the White Rockets.
• Starmie (agender) - One of the Pokémon given to Kyo by the White Rockets upon promotion to Second Lieutenant.
• Natu (female) - One of the Pokémon given to Kyo by the White Rockets upon promotion to Second Lieutenant.
• Shiny Gallade (male) - One of the Pokémon given to her upon promotion to Second Lieutenant.
• Hisuian Braivary (male) - One of the Pokémon given to her upon promotion to Second Lieutenant.
