BATTLE EDUCATION

After the events that lead to the downfall of the Royal Academy, he continues his strict regime of training and practicing. He builds upon his already impressive resume of battle ability. 

WEAPON SKILL

Rayden continues to use his dual axes, but now he aims to kill when using them. He has also twisted how he uses them, now opting to strike and drag people closer to him for a kill. This shows his mercy has drastically decreased, and no matter how cruel, will secure his kill.

NO WEAPON SKILL

Rayden could care less if he loses his weapon, and is fully capable- and willing- to break bones and beat to a bloody pulp if he's rendered weaponless. His strength is enormous, which actually makes him very useful around the team. This is only when they catch him in a good mood, and even then, only certain people will ask him favors. 

PERSONALITY

Unforgiving. Blood Thirsty. Cold.

After the events of two years ago, Rayden's personality darkened greatly. His serious demeanor transcended into a cold and unforgiving mask. He's incredibly hard to approach, with only a select few even willingly going near him. Most avoid having to interact with him, unless it's business related. He realizes this is not a good look for the future king, but also he has a duty to uphold in his brother's honor, and for the sake of their country. 

When it comes to his enemies, he has little issue with ending their lives. This extends only to enemies, and he does his best to avoid civilian casualties- though that's sometimes hard, as the civilians may be in his kingdom, they may pledge allegiance to the other side. 

About

Rayden Helstrom became the Crown Prince after two years ago, when elder brother Nolan suddenly disappeared and has been presumed dead. Suddenly losing his brother completely threw him into instability, his emotions getting the best of him as he continuously lashes out at even his most trusted confidantes. He now has dedicated his life to quashing the traitors that rose from his family, and only then maybe his heart can be healed even a bit.

His only vulnerable moments are now in privacy, usually only Celine can get him to come down off his rage. Glenn sometimes can. Later during this time skip, Nolan is found alive, having been imprisoned this entire time. Having Nolan back greatly brings Rayden's rage down, though he still swears to kill all the traitors in the family for what they did.

Relationships

Celine Sterling [ girlfriend ]

By this point, Celine has officially become his girlfriend. He trusts and loves her to the point, despite not being married, he has given her the Queen's Crown. To others, it's the realization he has accepted and trusted Celine as part of the family. Though he can still be quite sharp, he does his best to soften his tone with her. He's incredibly protective of her, fearing that one day something may happen to her, too. She is the only one who can consistently get him to back down from fights and arguments, which is useful since he will even come at Glenn or his own teammates. 

Nolan Helstrom [ brother ]

Rayden greatly misses his big brother, and it's to his dismay that they find him, alive and, well, decent. Though his personality does not revert back to the old Rayden, his relationship with his brother goes right back to where it is. He dedicates himself once more to Nolan's side. He is even more protective of his brother, and listens to his every word. He becomes the other person who can almost always get Rayden to back down. 

Glenn Helstrom [ childhood friend ]

Rayden and Glenn are still friends, but their relationship grows complicated. Their difference in how to handle the situation has created a rift. Rayden grows angry and concerned that Glenn wants to only capture and interrogate enemies. Glenn on the other hand, is worried and disturbed that Rayden wants to slay any traitor that comes their way, regardless of circumstance. The two can butt heads, but Glenn has never proved to be against Rayden. Thus, Glenn can still sometimes get Rayden to back down- not nearly as often as Celine or Nolan, however.
