Character Notes:

• They were adopted by a conman and his hot dog vendor husband as a youngster and grew up helping them both out with their businesses. Now they are, quite frankly, way better at sketchy capitalism than either of their very proud dads.
• Now that they're grown up, they mostly make their living by collecting junk off the beach and then selling it. They also sometimes give shells rocks, and sea glass to their best friend, Nadia, who crafts it into jewelry that Ruben then sells.
• They also sometimes offer overpriced scenic boat rides.
• They tag along with the Red Coursers (Nadia's pirate crew), but insist they're not part of the crew. They're simply a free agent who collaborates with Nadia.
• Their default business tactic is charm, since they're small and cute and fully aware of it, but they have no reservations about switching to intimidation if the situation calls for it.
• They may try to give the impression that they have no loyalties, but their loyalty to their dads and Nadia is blatantly apparent to anyone who takes to time to notice. They travel with Nadia, frequently take the time to visit their dads (even if they complain about it every time they do), and hoard gifts they've received from all three.
• They're not a particularly fast or fancy swimmer, but they can swim well enough to go hunting for underwater "treasure" in shallow-ish water.
