The lights of the city attract many eccentric souls. Those who wish to make a new life for themselves flock to the bright cities, like moths to a lamp. Where many dreams of fame and fortune fall flat, some are able to rise to the top.
Big in the music scene, Luka is well known for her strange typing and the stranger music that she brought back with her after a trip through the Aaro portal. Most know her for her music performances that are a staple of the city night life or for her outrageous parties she holds at anyone's house but her own. Her reputation as a life of the party, wild girl hides a darker personality. Luka is a risk taker who doesn't care much for others, happily throwing anyone she doesn't care for personally into danger for her own gain. She gambles frequently, a regular in the local casinos - with mixed feelings from other regulars.

Present
Luka lives in the big city, sleeping all day and partying all night. She owns a penthouse apartment overlooking the cities main music and entertainment district. An apartment which she shares with two winged pets.
When she's not busy with her DJ role in one of the city's most popular clubs, she's out hosting or crashing parties. Her reputation earns her many invitations to various parties and high brow clubs. It even earns her invitations to casinos - both above and under ground.
History
Luka was born a younger sister. She was raised by her mother, who was distant and cold towards her, constantly expecting more of her than she could give. But her mother's treatment towards her was nothing compared to how she used to beat and belittle her older sister; a beautiful Pygmy Kamishiba. Her sister grew tired of their mother's abuse and killed her. Luka was neither shocked nor upset by her mother's murder. She felt… Nothing.
Her sister took off not long after that, leaving her alone. Left to her own devices, Luka began to wander the land alone. She soon found herself on Aaro Island, face to face with the portal. With no hesitation, she passed through the portal.
For years she travelled to a multitude of different worlds, exploring their cultures. But what really stuck with Luka, was the different musical styles and genres she found as she travelled.
When she finally returned to Aurora Land, she had a newly kilned passion for music and the art of mixing. With a few bits of technology and the kit she'd need, she set off to Aurora's largest city, keen on establishing herself as a DJ.

Colour Changing
Being an Iridescence Glowing Kamishiba, Luka is capable of changing colours. While that change is typically associated with her emotions, Luka can change colours at will and can repress the change associated with a certain emotion. Her rapid colour change is part of her act that makes her popular.
Guitar
A personal passion, Luka has attempted to pick up the guitar. It's a lot more tricky than she had first envisioned but she will persist.
Singing
Despite all her musical talent in other areas, Luka cannot sing - at all. She's horribly off pitch and sounds more like she's in pain.

Luka feels nothing towards her mother. Its abnormal, she knows that. She should feel something towards her mother. Anger of her abuse. Mournful of her loss. Glad that she's gone. But she doesn't. She feels nothing at all.

Uraeus
Her older sister. They look wildly different but Luka doesn't care, she still adores her sister. When they were younger, Uraeus would shield Luka from their mother's abuse. When Uraeus killed their mother, Luka wasn't shocked, she had seen it coming for a long time. She was disappointed that Uraeus left without her but it gave her the drive and time to travel herself. Uraeus regularly sends her letters, she just wishes she could respond.

Stupid, stubborn, loud, and filthy. And Luka wouldn't have her any other way. Kanaya is a riot and the life of any party, if she's there Luka is guaranteed a good time. She's just as stubborn as Luka and easily rises to any challenge. If Luka was to settle down, Kanaya would be the type of woman she'd want.
Fire Fighter
Zhar
More of a voice of reason, Zhar keeps them in check and out of jail. But that doesn't mean she's a stick in the mud. Zhar enjoys a drinking contest and the occasional game of poker - though she isn't very good at it, she is much better at Blackjack. In sobriety, Zhar is their leader and Luka is happy to let her lead. Well, in this circumstance anyway.

Lugosi seems to bring her luck when he's around. The gentlemany Kamishiba quickly becomes a lot of fun once he gets a few drinks into him - and he can handle his liquor too. She often finds him in her favourite drinking spots when he's in the neighbourhood.
