Growing up, all Arlo knew was the Comyssan palace. When she was just a baby, Zechariah stole her away from her parents as her father had a debt that went unpaid for a little too long. Because of this, Arlo never met her parents and spent her childhood alone. From the moment she was old enough (like 5 or Β 6), Zech put her to work. Because she was a girl, she grew up learning how to clean and cook. There was no time for stuff like school.
However, as she got older Zech began to realize how strong she naturally was because she's half orc. From then on she was no longer a maid, but a knight. She became quite skilled in combat, climbing the ranks and becoming one of the strongest knights in Comyssas. That title came with a few drawbacks, however. She grew cold, distant, and shut her emotions out. In order to be the strongest she couldn't be weak, so she got rid of everything that made her weak. She followed every order without question and was loyal to her king. Because that's what you do when you're one of the best, right?
It's unknown what event made her leave. She refuses to talk about it. But after living and working for Irrah for a bit she realized she's weird and out of place. Like, really out of place. People are actually nice to each other here, like what the fuck. Anyways she found the love of her life here, and is now a dad to her adoptive child so that's fun.
