Zechariah

"If we're running low on money from time to time,

Those who are against this law are therefore against me,

In the beginning, the God of the moon roamed the Earth. He went by the name of Avatea. Even though nobody has seen his true form, legend says that he takes the form of a huge, bipedal dragon. People talk about how he would use his 12 arms to lift the moon and his 6 eyes to see everything in the galaxy. His wings were said to be so big that when fully extended you could see the entire universe in them. But just as the moon has a dark and light side, so did he.

Avatea was made out of two souls. One took the form of a silverish white dragon with bright purple eyes and the other a grayish black one with deep red eyes. The humans were afraid of the gray half just because of the colors of his scales. They all assumed because he represented the dark side of the moon that he was automatically cruel and malicious. So the humans created a plan and carried it out, and in the end, the gray dragon was dead. The silver half witnesses the tragic murder of his other half, and as he lay dying he cursed all the humans that committed the crime, promising to come back some day so humanity can repent for their sins...

Zech is your typical asshole who cares about nobody but himself. He's known throughout Hell for his selfish and destructive personality, and for the hellish kingdom he controls with an iron fist. He takes joy out of seeing his citizens struggle for food and money while he lives in comfort and luxury. After all, if your subjects are weak, they can't disobey or revolt. That being said, Zech is also the type of person that is willing to kill or manipulate anyone to get what he wants, even the ones closest to him. He only cares about himself and pays no attention to the suffering of others. If anything, seeing someone scream and cry is entertaining to him. he takes pride in being known as evil and ruthless.

Zechariah was a very sweet and considerate child. However, years of physical and emotional abuse and manipulation by his father turned him into the tyrant he is today. Being the kings true child and not as mentally or emotionally strong as his brother turned him into his father's prime target. But even now Zechariah doesn't understand that the way his father treated him was wrong or that he's being used, so he doesn't hold a grudge against him for that. He hates him because he suddenly abandoned him and his kingdom, leaving an uneducated and scared Zechariah to rule by himself. Despite everything his father put him though, he still talks very highly about his him. He will not tolerate anyone putting him down in any negative way.

As for his appearance, Zechariah is a tall and slender man, having slight muscle from years of fighting and training along with sharper facial features. He is often seen wearing clothes that make him look extra, as a prestigious dickhead would. He typically wouldn't wear anything considered "human clothes" as he claims the fabrics irritate his skin. He keeps his long and spends about 3 hours every day making it look nice, along with his horns. He puts a lot of time into his appearance because there's no point in being a feared dictator if you're ugly. His long, large, dragon like tail has to be his least favorite thing about himself, just because of how big and bulky it is and how much it gets in the way of things. His nails and teeth are naturally sharp but he will usually file down the nails on his thumbs so he doesn't have a problem scrolling through all the annon hate he gets on Tumblr. He enjoys having his nails painted.
