Beasts like you do not deserve a name.
A being cursed to wander immortality in a monstrous form. Its semi-humanoid figure suggests a mortal origin or even a birth among humanity, but no memory of this remains - even to pigman to whom it is irrelevant either way.
Now, it wanders the sleeping city Thalamus as one of its many aimless inhabitants for an eternity. Its given purpose is that of a tracker by contract, and this is the only condition under which pigman can temporarily leave the purgatory that is the seamless city below and in between. With its keen sense of smell pigman can track through dimensions, time, death and other veils - and follow its target right behind. Death does not stop it, for in the cradle of the city he will be born again. Curses do not affect it. One can delay it, buy it, or kill it a hundred times.

But upon completion Thalamus will always call its name.
Pigman is a fully sentient creature, capable of vicious speech and rational thought, of cruel humor and insidious plotting and deceit and desires the way one can only equate to that of humans. It is dangerous, seemingly without or uncaring for morality and conscience, and thus it is not to be trusted. It is inherently selfish with keen intelligence and sharper instincts, savage and gluttonous in a way known only to beasts. But it can be reasoned with. It can be bought. Its interest can be piqued.
And above all, it is always hungry.
DESIGN NOTES
- Milky white eyes. Whether it is blind is hard to tell. If it is, it doesn't bother it much.
- The hollow tubes on the side of its head, close to its eye, are its ears.
- Piggy nose! 🐷
- Huge fangs and sharp incisors. Fatty black lips. Black gums, long tapered black tongue.
- Organs are all black. Pigman itself is completely bloodless.
- Huge autopsy scar on its chest. Its heart is a mummified pigs heart, riddled and heavy with nails. It does not beat.
- Very tall humanoid body, wiry musculature that gives way to the shape bone. Extremely pale and vascular, the long rope veins blue. Human limbs, feet and hands.
