name meaning
Minka is a polish name that can be a diminutive of the name Wilhelmina, and means 'with golden helmet.' I thought that it sounded cute, and I liked the idea of making reference to their horns, with golden joints between each section.

ABOUT
Born from an undesirable union between a Dainty father and a Human mother. Although they've inherited some of their father's non-human features, their lack of stockings and the signature fawn tail makes it clear that Minka was not born a Dainty themself. In an attempt to fit in, or else just to soothe their own shaken sense of belonging, Minka likes to wear the same pair of soft pink thigh-high socks as constantly as possible.

INTERPERSONAL CONNECTIONS
Minka enjoys their place of prestige at Hani's knee. There's something really thrilling about being the pet of a Dainty who has achieved heretofore unheard of status within the underground.
Hani's right-hand man who frequently ends up in the position of having to feed and generally tend to Minka's needs. Minka doesn't quite know how they feel about Murdoch, since he seems to share a very strange and intimate tension with Hani, but they don't DISlike him. It's easier to talk Murdoch into sharing custard for dessert than anybody else!
Born the same year as Minka, Toki is a full-blooded Dainty and the product of intentional breeding for the illegal Dainty trade. Despite the horrible circumstances of Toki's birth, Minka might be jealous and resentful of his full-Dainty status, if they knew that he existed.
