A modern urban environment within the City of Laniford. Although Laniford occupies the same universe as Linnemery, the city where my Gemsuns live, it's much more grungy and has more serious issues with crime and corruption. Until a massive bust that broke things up roughly 5 years ago, an illegal Dainty trafficking ring enjoyed great success here, and it's effect lingers heavily on Dainty culture, local politics, and organized crime within the city.
