Olive Migaster is a radicalized Tauran noble who uses their position of authority and their 'unique' skill-set to benefit the less privileged. Although they are expected to take over as the head of the Migaster family at some point, Olive takes delight in rebelling against these expectations, spending their time in less than savoury places with those their family would not approve of.
The Migaster house is known for their overland trading of bulk goods, though there's whispers of something more sinister going on behind the scenes. While investigating some crimes around their city, Olive has unravelled a series of events that will unveil the Migaster family's dark past, unbeknownst to them.

Personality
clever
Olive is an quick thinker who picks up on things quickly. They're witty and they have a sharp tongue, and there's nothing they love more than a chance to show this off with fun banter. They aren't exactly the most humble of people, but their ability to think on their feet and read other people has proved to be an invaluable asset. They're not always the best at knowing when to take things seriously however, to a fault.

Olive is a big fan of competition, and most importantly, winning. They'll never miss an opportunity to show somebody up, and they thrive when there's a competitive environment. They want to be the best and brightest in the room, though they're by no means a sore loser and will accept defeat with grace and humility. In public, at least. They don't know when to give up, and they will throw themself into something bruised and bleeding if they think they have the slightest chance.

Wherever Olive goes, there's a certain energy that follows them. They're energetic and joyous, and they can usually be heard laughing too loudly or otherwise encouraging merriment. They're very fond of parties and they tend to get a little too enthusiastic at such events, though not destructively so. Their lively way of moving and acting is usually contagious to those around them, and they act as if life is just a big party.

Stubborn and opinionated, Olive seems to only see the world in black-and-white. They have a strong sense of morals that they abide by, and they are resistant and judgmental of those whose morals to not align with their own. They're not interested in seeing different sides and opening their mind to the possibilty of some gray area. They are not quick to forgive those who do what they personally consider evil; they truly believe that they are right, and those who oppose them are completely wrong.

There are few things Olive appreciates more than an attractive person and the opportunity to exercise their charm. They're forward about their attraction to others and they're very playful in expressing it. They're commonly seen with someone on their arm, and they love it that way. Despite being open about their attractions, they're also very polite and respectful of others and they would never push further than what their companion was comfortable with; they are very cognizant of when they need to back off or stop altogether.

Olive is a surprisingly optimistic person considering the ugly things they've seen people do to each other. They keep a positive attitude for those who can't afford to, and they try to be a ray of light for those who have been forced to live in the dark. They have a certain idea of how things should be and they refuse to accept anything less, and they're more than willing to take the initiative of changing it if they have to.

Background
Born into the noble Migaster family in Din, Olive had a cushy life growing up -- everything that they wanted was provided for them, and the expectation was expressed to them very early on that as long as they prepared to become the next Head of the Migaster family, they would continue to live a comfortable life.
It took a shamefully long time for Olive to discover the difference between their family's social circle and those outside of it, and what a large gap of standard of living there was between the two. For a long time they didn't think anything of it, as they were of the mindset that they deserved what they had because their family had worked hard for it. It wasn't until they were twenty that they were rudely awaken to the reality of the situation after seeing another noble family falsely accuse a poor man of stealing from them in order to keep the monopoly they had over the city's blacksmithing business. Olive was disgusted, and this disgust led to action.
Their first heroic action was to rob that particular family and leave the proceeds of what they managed to take to the falsely accused man's family, giving them enough money to bail him out of jail. After this, Olive found that they felt right going against the corrupted nobles that surrounded them. They began to make a habit out of stealing from those that they felt deserved it, and giving the goods or money that they stole to those in worse situations. Adjusting the gap between the two social classes quickly became their life's goal, their noble responsibilities be damned.
In order not to draw attention to themself or their actions, Olive plays the role of a dutiful child preparing to take over the household by day. By night, however, they spend their time with unseemly people, using their power and privilege to benefit those that need it. They've become somewhat addicted to the rush of stealing and secretly going against what others expect from them.
Relationships
friend/lover A travelling bard who caught Olive's eye when they first saw her performing at a party. Olive and Roldos are both flirtatious tricksters who love a good time, so what was initially Olive trying out-flirt her quickly became Olive flirting WITH her. They had a fling before Roldos left town again, and Olive thinks of it fondly. They had a good time together and Olive would not be opposed to starting things back up again, should Roldos ever return...
