"Stranger" is a nickname given to him by the rest of Central Command. As far as the crew knows, their manager didn't even have anything to do with his arrival in the facility. As soon as the second section of Central Command opened, he showed up. It was almost as if he'd always been there. Very unsettling and equally hard to read, nobody seems to know what to think about him, and they're not even sure if he's on their side- he seems to do work fairly well, but some abnormality breaches in Central Command have been oddly suspicious. Every time the manager tries to get rid of him, though, he always seems to be back the very next day.

Stranger seems to find standard work quite boring and stifling, but conversely, he absolutely relishes any opportunity he gets to suppress an abnormality, any concern for other beings around him quickly overtaken by sheer bloodlust. He has a tendency to mutter the word "goodbye" under his breath when he gets to deliver the killing blow. Nobody's quite sure why.
