Rokusho

Rokusho, haughty and proud, began life as a young Aquatic Chimereon. His love of sailing ships started at this young age. As he grew, however, he turned to thievery and transport of goods as his profession of choice. Now a skilled merchant, Rokusho deals in the sale of rare items--and sometimes, rare creatures as well.

As time went on, Rokusho had an encounter with a dangerous group of Chimereons that he refuses to talk about or name. However, ever since that encounter, Rokusho has been desperately trying to change his appearance by consuming Subspecies change items. He’s changed himself so many times, that he's forgotten what he was originally--which is just as well, he's decided. Along the way, modifying himself became rather fun as well, but it’s all for the underlying purpose of trying to disguise himself as much as possible. According to him, though, it doesn’t seem to be working, as he is still on the run. Still, he continues to search for items that could aid in his permanent escape from his pursuers. 

Rokusho's blade is more for intimidation than violence, though he’s not above protecting himself when needed. He’s actually rather soft on the inside. He’s fond of musical instruments, but is terrible at playing them.

Ever since being cursed by the Mercham Marin for their capture, Rokusho has been forced to cycle through different seafaring vessels to get around. One way or another, they're all eventually destroyed by violent storms and waves, or dashed on rocks when he tries to dock them at various islands or land masses. He is persistent, though--his love of the sea and of travel far outweighs any curse.

At least, it appears to be love. Perhaps it's something else that motivates him to never stay in one place for long. What could it be…?
