| BIOCarmine is a humble and rather timid person who wishes to get stronger to impress others. As a starter Pokemon, he's depended on the most, which creates pressure to live up to expectations. Not wanting to disappoint others, he always strives to improve. He's essentially the leader of the team, so he's learned to be responsible and careful. His desire to protect others—especially his girlfriend, Marisol—is very strong, and he would do anything for his teammates. He downplays himself constantly, sometimes to the point of self-deprecation. He rarely views any of his achievements as impressive. He spends a lot of time reviewing his mistakes or what he thinks to be his failures, which leaves him in periods of dissatisfaction. While his fear of disappointing people is a motivator, his fear of failing sometimes leaves him too scared to act. He blames every death of a teammate on himself. PAST Carmine had always been weaker than the average Scorbunny, so he feared that he would never get let into a team, much less fit in. When he met Katrina and they formed a team, he was elated, but there started an ongoing pressure of living up to expectations. The death of Juliana the Skwovet made him both shell up, afraid to bond with his teammates in fear of losing them, and started fighting more so they didn't have to risk their lives. After Carmine met Marisol, the two grew very close very quickly. She helped him open up to both her and the others by reassuring him and lessening his doubts about himself. A crush formed, and eventually, Carmine confessed his love to Marisol. Carmine the Cinderace lives in a continent off the main one with his team and often travels the region, defending it against rampaging Dynamax Pokemon and individuals who hope to make that energy theirs.
