Mariella is her closest friend. Facing one of them is unfortunate; facing both may as well be a catastrophe. Mariella’s heavy-handed, brusque approach is tempered (and amplified) by Cip’s calculated and multi-faceted organization. Few are willing to test their bond – Mariella’s ire is Vittoria’s. To that end, Cip rarely involves herself in Weapon’s affairs. She trusts her implicitly and knows she can handle herself.
Initially just a contact to the yakuza, Kei has since become a permanent fixture in the Moretti outfit. Cip respects his skill and knowledge; she will seek out his advice when dealing with the yakuza. That said, they have few personal dealings. To those in the know, it comes as no surprise that she keeps a particularly close eye on him.
Their relationship is mostly cordial and professional; he knows he's lucky to have her blessing for his relationship with Weapon and won't push it otherwise. He does his best to stay out of the mischief Weapon pulls with Bianca, afraid of what would happen if he had to pick a side.
Bianca is the greatest gift Cip's been given, and she works tirelessly to prove worthy. While she would give her the world, Cip must temper Vasily's propensity for overly doting on her. Still, as she has the means, there is little Cip won't acquiesce to her daughter. However, she is aware of the harsh world awaiting her. To that end, Cip refuses to give Bianca anything less than the best possible chance.
Cip has no opinion nor concern for Yara beyond her professional obligations. They met briefly, introduced through Kei during a major deal. Every so often, her name crosses her desk in reports from Kun. Don't ask her to point Yara out in a crowd.
Cip and Yara have only interacted once. That was during an important weapons deal; every other transaction has happened through Cip's captain Kun. Yara knows very little of her besides her reputation, and prefers to keep it that way.
Though not as overt in her display, Cip's devotion to her husband is infinite. It certainly wasn't what she expected to come out of finding the Russians encroaching on her own projects. Distrustful at first, his genuine respect slowly warmed her to his advances. An unexpected surprise, but a pleasant one. She readily maneuvers things to his favor, unabashed in her favoritism. Not that anyone is brave enough to say as much...
Vasya constantly finds himself amazed by his wife and the feats she has accomplished in her lifetime. He is attracted to everything about her, faults and all; the only person more important to him is their daughter. Although he keeps contact with his family in Russia, he truly lives to serve Cip first and foremost.
Cip has always had dealings with law enforcement. She may not like it, but it's necessary. Vera is one of her greatest assets, however. Her information has been invaluable at times. If a pretty penny is enough to keep things running smoothly, Cip is happy to sign that check.
They have a mutually beneficial relationship; Vera steers the law around Cip's operations and gives her insider information, Cip ensures that Vera keeps the wealth and power she desires most.
There is very little Vittoria wouldn't do for Alessia. She is more than happy to see her live out her life. While she's fully aware her sister is capable, Vittoria ensures she wants for nothing. Never will there be a day her sister struggles. In turn, Vittoria trusts no one more with her family's care. She can, at times, be overbearing. Ale makes no secret of it, but understands the reasons why.
Alessia has nothing short of the utmost respect for her sister. She is eternally grateful that Cip has supported her achieving her dreams. In return, Alessia ensures the family receives only the best medical care. The two balance each other, albeit it at the expense of being walking clichés. In keeping with that, they're as thick as thieves. It's a rare day they can't read each other like books.
