Hey, this is crazy, she just met him, but here's her number, call her maybe? Aleksander is a bit strange, she will admit, but there's something very alluring about him. All of her friends warn her about him – he makes them uncomfortable, he's strange, he seems oddly intense – but to Pearl, he's very charming. She finds his way of talking and acting to be very outdated but not without something feeling of interest. He's intense, sure, but he's always been a perfect gentleman for her. In fact, he seems a bit over the top, but very much what she's been looking for. Not that she really knows what that is. She only seemed to understand it when he came into her life. He's a bit gloomy, but she's happy to be bringing him sunshine and cheer. He may be a bit strange, but he's hers.
Merlin

One of her good good friends, she adores Merlin! Merlin understands her in a way that sometimes hard for others to get. Her job as a personal assistant can be tough and no one seems to really be willing to...you know, listen to her complaints because they hear her do things like getting coffee, how can that be hard? But Merlin understands how hard it can be because it's never just getting coffee. Like leaving a bunch of little things, it all piles up. Merlin will complain with her when it starts to get to be too much, which she needs every so often. Sometimes she thinks that he might be a little too high strung and takes on more stuff than he actually needs to. She'd never say it to his face but she feels like a lot of the problems he winds up having are created by his own doing.
Morton

Another bestie! Morton is her best friend in a different way from Merlin. Merlin is her go to best friend when it comes to work woes, but Morton? He's her friend she goes to when she wants a friend. Not that Merlin isn't her friend, but Morton is more a casual one. He's the one she goes to when she doesn't want to complain about work and just wants to forget about had gone on. Her relaxing buddy to the max whenever they just need a long stroll in the park or something similar. She loves to go help him out every Saturday morning at the farmer's market, willing to sacrifice sleep that she could normally be having. While she's not the most aware person in the world, she'll help protect Morton from the world (even when Morton says she's the one being unaware).
