Dream Seer

Dream Seer's talent is to see the future. She's constantly plagued by dreams of it, and it has caused her to become a traveler to help ponies who will be in danger. She is currently in the Lightlands as part of the Fountain Group.

Personality:

Seer is paranoid, always sleep-deprived, and pessimistic because of her talent. Though she used to have hope for the future and a love for life, she's become more bitter with time. However, she continues trying to help others when she can.

She's more focused on the future than the past, so she doesn't hold grudges. However, this also causes her to overlook the present, including forming friendships with others or enjoying the present moment. The only real hobby she has is stargazing, which she used to do with her childhood friend.

Seer is very focused on her goals to the point of neglecting her own health. She is also not above manipulating others to obtain her goals.

Bio:

Seer was born to a family of seers, hence her name. However, shortly after her birth, the whole family was wiped out by an unforeseen event. She grew up in an orphanage alongside her childhood friend, Pale Horizon. Pale was demotivated because she wasn't good at magic, so Seer created bracelets with the ability to move small objects telekinetically.

She awakened her talent when she foresaw Pale leaving the orphanage. Sure enough, Pale was soon adopted by Princess Galaris and taken away. Though Pale never tried to contact her again, Seer doesn't hold a grudge and still respects her.

Seer grew older and managed to get herself an education and a degree in Magic Item Creation. However, she was soon to learn that the degree wasn't helpful in getting her a job. She worked odd jobs for a while to get by.

Dreams of the future continued to plague Seer. She finally decided to quit her jobs and become a traveler after foreseeing an event that would destroy most life on the planet. She traveled toward the Lightlands to stop this disaster. Along the way, she helped ponies in need in exchange for food and shelter.

Seer reached the Lightlands and joined the Fountain Group. She now lives a relatively uneventful life with them, creating magic items and telling stories to them. She waits for Guiding Courage to lead the group to the source of the disaster.
