Biography
Quinn is the docile, intelligent, youngest mentor to the students of the City. He is the mentor that looks after Mullet. He used to be the babysitter for Mullet, Amy and Darren. Ever since he went to the City, he matured and chilled out. He's ... a bit off though, recently. He has always worried about safety of the kids. That's caused him to baby some of them.
He hasn't changed in that aspect. The constant telling Mullet to be safe has caused Mullet to start to resent him as a Mentor as the other mentors are much more relaxed. The large machines make him nervous so he's only worked on small devices that others get bored with.
