Lucy is the daughter of a simple PupPoppy, and an evil witch... who's not really evil. Despite her rather controversial family, Lucy has made the best of it in her hometown, who thankfully mostly recognise that Lucy's father is not dictated by his horns. Lucy herself has good standing with a majority of her town's folks, helping out anyone in need of a couple extra paws.
