Galliteo Annesley

Galliteo is bright and energetic, and always looking for adventure. She is easily bored, and sometimes drops whatever she’s doing to go do something completely different. She sometimes has trouble comprehending or following instructions. Often she’ll perceive a situation differently than others and act accordingly, even if she turns out to be wrong. Her heart is usually in the right place, though. She is very reckless and seems to constantly be acting as if to prove herself.

STORY:

As a young child, Galliteo and her parents were constantly moving around the Sandsea, attempting to avoid detection and protect their daughter. Her father was a Sand Elf, and that put both him and Galliteo at risk, as this was shortly after Sek Duat's genocide of their race. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough. When Galliteo was four, her parents were found and killed by mercenaries working for the cruel Emperor, and only a passing adventurer saved Galliteo from meeting the same fate. The adventurer took pity on the young child and brought her to Oaklore Keep, where the Knight Captain Rolith eventually decided to adopt her himself.

From then on, she was constantly surrounded by the Knights, and adventurers who passed through the Keep on their journeys. The Knights were like family to her, always looking after her and giving her advice and assistance with almost anything she needed. Galliteo always had something to do there, though she often got bored of doing the same things over again. She spent much of her time training with Rolith and the other Knights (and running off to practice by herself). When not training, she would hide in the library and wander from book to book as her attention waxed and waned.

Book 1: The Elemental Orbs
Galliteo meets Destiny when the latter is sent to retrieve her from the Vurr'Men Ruins, and the two become fast friends. Galliteo joins her on her quest to recover the Black Dragon Box and the dragon egg inside it.

Book 2: Elemental Dissonance

Book 3: The End of Magic
Galliteo has been residing in Falconreach ever since the anti-magic cult of the Rose had taken hold in the Sandsea.
