Could one categorize Jacques as a ‘gentle giant’? Maybe some kind of gentle giant crossbreed. Although Jacques is kind, loving, and wears his heart on his sleeve, he isn’t afraid to do what needs to be done. He loves making friends, and has this easily-tripped protective instinct. He wants to see people smile, but will stick through them in their hardships. He really does believe, deep down, that everyone has a little good in them. He may seem like the responsible “dad friend” of the group, but with enough egging on, he might join in on the fun himself. He’s very quick to blame things on himself, however, and believes he needs to protect everyone.

Backstory

Born rich to a caring mother and father, Jacques Tensen practically had the best upbringing money could buy. From the beginning, they knew they wanted their son to become a great espion. He was put in private school, and enrolled in special classes specifically for training at night. Passing the course with flying colours, he went on to become one of the youngest spies in history. However, his heart grew dark… As the years passed, he picked up assignments from shadier clients, and found stealing to be much more exhilarating. He became a master thief, working at night and travelling in the day. It was only after a heist gone wrong where things went south… On a rainy night, Jacques was escaping the authorities, when he raised his grappling hook to begin his escape, he got struck by lightning. To his surprise, the person who had been chasing him had stopped everything to rescue him. When he woke up in the hospital, it was like an epiphany had reached him… He had been saved from the brink of death! He knew he had to repay this act of kindness… Ever since that night, Jacques has been working to make the world a better place, and to atone for his crimes.
