She was born in Egypt and visits there frequently. However, her family moved to England when she was about 10 years old, and she has lived there ever since. Her parents started a hero agency for people with quirks that other agencies found to be unfavourable/"unsellable" because they were too grotesque or scary. Danae currently runs the agency, as her father was killed in action and her mother passed away from illness a few years ago. She takes great pride in her work.
