Electrical Communication

(Named after.. Well, you gotta ask? I think it's obvious.)

Appears as:

Three rings of electricity surrounding the user's wrists and just above his ankles, at a small distance. If one would touch it, it would feel like barbed wire and give off no electrical current- except if the user wants to, that is.

Alternatively, as a green bodysuit not unlike the Zero Suit from Metroid, with obvious hints towards Megaman's armor- the helmet appearing on my head as the most obvious reference, with a green visor, which becomes opaque or transparant when the user wishes for it. The user can breath because of the mouthpiece on the helmet, no matter the situation.

This bodysuit, when not activated, would act and feel like exactly like a wetsuit- except far more durable. The helmet is attached to the rest of the stand, but unlike the rest, feels and acts like any random motor helmet- though once more, far more durable.

Abilities:

Allows the user to manipulate electricity and in general have control over electric devices/currents. During a thunderstorm or any random moments when there are electrical currents in the air, the user can fly by manipulating these currents- though in general, manipulating these currents would allow the user to fly despite the amount of currents already present, as the manipulation itself would result in high-electrical currents.

Depending on the usage, this can also result in electro-magnetism, allowing the user to repulse or attract metals and other various materials. It also results in the user being able to release EMPs of varying size and strength.

This also includes creating heat through the thermoelectric effect and fire through basically throwing bolts of lightning at something, like for example wood, which will obvious start burning once hit by lightning.

If used as full body-suit, Electrical Communication allows the user to travel through electricity once activated, as well as through materials or liquids with low resistance; such as water, and obviously most metals. It also allows the user to turn himself into electricity, making him safe from physical contact as attack would go right through.. and a thrown punch would electrocute the one attacking. Objects with high electrical resistance seem to have no specific effect, as they too would go right through. A punch with a rubber glove for one would just have no effect on either the user or attacker.

The user would however be unable to change back to normal as long as the object with high resistance is in the area his body should be, but as stepping aside once or the user shaping himself to be away from the object would have the same result ast the object being removed, this is of little consequence.

Hey, wait, this sounds alot like 'Red Hot Chili Peppers'!

True. However, that stand influenced itself and others only. My OC stand influences the user, and is a wear-able stand as opposed as a seperate character. My stand would be unable to have others travel through electricity (which is how RHCP killed most of it's victims) and cannot turn other objects into electricity. I can also use electricity as a projectile, and I can control electrical devices. Have you seen RHCP do that? No.

Stats:

Power: B - While the stand itself is influenced by the user's ability to throw a punch, the electricity one can uses obviously packs a greater punch than a regular one.

Speed: C - This too is influences by the user's ability to run. However, using the electrical currents in the air itself as well as in objects, the speed of the stand increases and can become quite fast- especially if travelling through electricity, as that will be at the speed of the currents itself.

Range: B - The projectile range of the stand is limited to 50 kilometers, however, if the user cannot see the target this range is useless. Physical attacks are obviously limited to the range of the user's body.

Durability/Staying: A - While giving the impression of a simple wetsuit, it is in fact quite durable and could stand having the pressure of having a.. well, a roadroller on top. While it can endure several sharp objects (especially metal ones!) it would at one point wear out and break, though without effect towards the user. (Aside from said sharp object intruding into the user's body, that is.) Once in full-electrical mode, this obviously is no weakpoint either.

Precision: D - It depends on the user's precision, and as such, is actually quite low. The stand is not autonomous, so it cannot perform by itself or even on command- the user is fully responsible for it's precision. And while the user has a steady eye and quite good aim, it just doesn't match up to other stands.

Development Potential/Learning: C - As the overall ability is control over electricity, it leaves quite a bit room for development. It is merely limited by the user's willpower and imagination, though the usage of electro-magnetism and the thermoelectric effect shows that there has already been quite some thought in this.
