One of the main five heroes called by the Gods to prepare for impending doom. Is convinced she weasled her way in there by following Lau and is not actually one of the heroes of prophecy. Despite this she and Lau seem to be the most excited to be around Gods, and they both actively stop to get to know and help every God in Purgatory.
Shinari has the most expirence with Demention politics of the main five, and not only explains how things are run in each Demention but gives her friends tips on how to "win" every conversation they have. The wildcard of the group.
Not much is known about Shinari's background, both because she doesn't open up but also because she won't talk about it. Something about "having professional integrity" and "it's over then! What does it matter!" She does seem to have a bone to pick with every demention in one way or another. Has met the King of Xluka, a feat not many people can claim, and mentions growing up in Fable, the capital of the souls. Seems to also have had a run in with a giant bird. Y'know, because of the scars. And fear of birds.

Trivia
•Everything she does looks like she's purposely putting in about half the effort. Maybe she lost her care a long time ago. Maybe she likes making things 100xs harder for everyone else out of pure spite.
•She definetly had something traumatic happen at an early age. She will never talk about it. On the outside she's very serious and professional, but on the inside she's still a small child. Both emotionally, when she does open up she's a lot to handle and has a lot of energy and wants to just scream and do stupid things, but also she literally has the problem solving skills and literacy of a teenager. Street smart, not smart.
•In the beginning of the story Shinari doesn't speak much. When she does speak its heavy mix of three languages, two of which are endangered/soul only languages. She just throws words around like everyone can just understand this. She doesn't care.
•Shinari is a soul that's living in a body that wasn't originally her's. While other soul OCs deal with this fairly well (Chyr, Converse, Lee, etc.) Shinari does not. Lots of body dysmorphia and imposter syndrome. Throughout the entire story she's convinced she shouldn't be there.
