An extremely brittle person who would rather be holed up in a ditch somewhere than to interact with the world. Sohrab has had a neglectful and rough upbringing which contributed to his distrust and lack enjoyment in... well life.
He doesn't take shit from anyone and if prompted, would gladly take the opportunity to break someone's spine to drop them down a peg. His aggression stems from the need to defend himself and to shut others up who irritate him to high hell.
On the inside though, he's a chronically depressed individual with self-depricating views on his existence. His intelligence often makes him overanalyze his flaws in himself and the world, therefore he's quite stubborn and it's difficult to sway his mind to be kinder.
All in all, Sohrab's a little bitch boy with authority and mommy issues no one else needs to fucking see.
One day, Sohrab was chosen to be a fated hero to save the world from an evil aiming to rework the cosmos and restart the universe. Simply just a neglected kid, the fates gave him powers he was unprepared for. His soul was split from him, serving as an extention of his power in the form of a demon. Fantastical adventure awaited him.
However, the idea of being thrusted into a story beyond his control was ludacrious. But what choice did he have in order to live a normal life?
Actually, Sohrab realized he did have a choice. And his choice was that he didn't need to live. No one did. In fact, in his eyes, the world was too fucked up to be saved, and he won't hurt himself to chase a fairytale ending.
With his demon- his soul, himself- Sohrab would spend the remainer of his days planning out a scheme:
Destroy his story. Kill all characters. Let the villain win.
Let the hero fail us all.
