A cheerful, adventurous, and accident-prone fay. When Cassie's alignment was first revealed, witnesses mistook the blinding silvery symbol above her as that of the Moon, one of three that have not been seen in centuries, and that only appear before a devastating catastrophe. Excited to go down in history as a legendary heroine, she was sent to the kingdom's best guild for training. However, upon learning the fate of all moon-aligned heroes before her, she got scared and ran away.
Several years went by and nothing happened-- The world remained at peace, and its leaders announced a false alarm. Cassie returned only to be ridiculed for her cowardice. Alone and afraid, she was tracked down by an organization looking for a way to prevent the still-imminent catastrophe. Cassie joined them to prove herself to the world once more.

Cassie can often be found having a petty argument with her rival Simon, a fay aligned to the Sun. Despite this, she trusts him with her life and looks out for him in return. She finds solidarity in him as both were entrusted with heavy burdens neither of them wanted nor chose.
Cassie also befriended an inkling named Tsubaki after falling through a rift caused a failed summoning experiment. It was through her that she was introduced to the wonderous world of boba tea. Unfortunately, upon returning a gust of wind blew away the recipe Tsubaki scribbled down for her. Cassie tries recreating the drink in secret from time to time, but so far her results have been deemed failed experiments too.
