Voiceclaim (WIP) Behind the church, hiding place,
Apathetic to the devil's face
Summary
✎ Reserved, thoughtful, mature ✎
A sardonic, brooding young boy often described as a wunderkind. He just so happens to reside in Hell with his mother, the mayor.
Appearance
The most notable feature of Boris' appearance is his height- a mere 4'0". He has a normal build for his age, but he has a round, baby-ish face that makes him look younger than he really is. He has a little nose, a little mouth, and large crimson eyes, just like his mother's. Since he feels slightly meek about his size, he is particular about his style. His stark black hair is cut neatly above his brow line, and is thinned out a little below his ears. When not in school uniform, he usually wears proper-looking dress shirts and sweaters. His favourite is his black jumper with a white dress shirt underneath. He usually wears shorts, wool socks, and polished black Oxfords.
Personality
Boris is incredibly clever, precocious, and a bit of a child prodigy. He's quiet and keeps to himself most of the time, and sometimes comes off as the gloomy, brooding type. If you get to truly know him, you'll find that he's a fantastically creative and imaginative boy who loves to discover new things. However, he is no stranger to bouts of sarcasm, resent and stubbornness when in a bad mood. He has been called a “deadpan snarker” multiple times by friends and foes alike. Though he may be sarcastic, he is not apathetic or unemotional. When in a comfortable environment, Boris typically behaves like a polite and caring child, and is notably mature compared to other boys his age.

Story
Boris' story takes place in modern-day Tartarus, a major global city in Hell equivalent to the likes of New York City or London here on Earth.
Boris is the only son of Lucy, the mayor of Tartarus. He grew up in a well-adjusted home in a wealthy area. As an only child of a caring mother, he had a wonderful early childhood, going to preschool at age four, and from then on, he enjoyed a rich education.
Boris' father remains to him a mystery. Though he is perpetually curious about his other parent, he doesn't bring up the matter to his mom. She tends to get upset if Boris even teeters on the edge of asking.

Relationships
Lucy Venson
Boris' mother. Adores and loves her unconditionally. His number one role model. The two are very close, thanks to their small family as well the number of things both personality-wise and interest-wise that they agree on.
Herbert Ace
Boris' rival. Boris feels compelled to show his classmates and teachers that he is the superior student over Herbert. Boris thinks Herbert is just a kid who was wealthy enough to end up in a good school, and takes it for granted.
Max Turpen
Boris' neighbour, and most disliked Turpen sibling- mostly due to their similar ages. Doesn't enjoy putting up with Max' teasing and often tries to ignore him regardless of situation.
Gregory Turpen
Boris' neighbour. He finds Gregory the most bearable, likely due to him being quiet and withdrawn. Boris doesn't care much for him in general, though.
Vinnie Turpen
Boris' neighbour. Boris doesn't care much for Vinnie, and he sees him as being a bit of a pushover and faker. However, he is afraid of Vinnie's physical strength, and has been threatened with said strength on many occasions without any follow-through... making him all the more paranoid of how he'd end up after a punch from Vinnie.
Trivia
- Boris has a crush on a girl in school named Margaret Frost. He keeps it a crush and hasn't actually really talked with her at all. He admires her talents and intelligence.
- His zodiac sign is Virgo, and his lunar zodiac sign is (x).
- His faceclaim is Martin Stephens, and his voiceclaim is (x). (He would have a standard American accent, with a somewhat high-pitched voice [since he is only just approaching puberty], and would have little fluctuation in tone or expression)
