excitable and peppy, Tangy is easy to get along with as long as you have the patience for him.
patience, unfortunately, is something that he himself is short on.

he tends to ramble constantly, and bounces from subject to subject as the mood strikes him. conversations with him tend to be disorienting and yet somehow enlightening! Citrus knows a lot about various things, although people may not guess that from a glance.

he keeps getting species-swapped but now he's back to being a wyngro! woo!
