Ace Tarragon, formerly Ace Calibre before marriage, is a confident and suave individual. Priding himself on a gentleman thief's behaviour he comes off as charming and elegant, and prefers to utilise persuasion over intimidation when confronted. Silver tongued and gifted with sppech and illusion magic, he's a powerful speaker, although he enjoys using his magic to flirt of tease others (much to his wife's amusement). Beneath his exterior, Ace is alot softer than he would like to admit sometimes. He's very emotion based, and has a strong sense of empathy. His strong sense of empathy often leads him to jumping headfirst into situations, or getting emotional over things he sees around him/happens to others. This strong empathy and his desire to jump headfirst into scenarios leads him to be quite stubborn and reckless, which ends up putting him in danger or making him look like an idiot. Ace has a passion for farming, and often likes to sell homegrown vegetables at nearby cities, especially Kitbull cities.

Ace was raised by a single mother, his father absent in his life. This meant Ace didn't have much in terms of luxuries, which he didn't mind when he was little. After all little kids only really want love, attention, food, and toys. His early childhood was spent with friends and gaining the ability to use his aspects of speech and illusions, which he primarily used to sing to his Ma. He lived a small life of childlike bliss. However as he got older the more these luxuries were held above him by students at school, as if to mock him. Growing into his teenage years he became spiteful of those kinds of people, those who flaunted their wealth and luxury to shame those who couldn't afford what they had. He wanted to give them a taste of their own medicene, to fight back, but he didn't want to get in trouble and dissapoint his Ma. So he did what he deemed the next best thing, and that was to read about people going against the corrupt with style and glamour so he could project onto them. He marveled at the idea of being a gentleman thief, and daydreamed endlessly about the elegance and suspense of the job. Eventually, at roughly 16, it clicked in his head that he COULD do that. After all, with a little more research and experimentation of spells relating to his aspect he could surely nail down something to benefit that job. And he did. Meaning he spent three years of his life getting vengenance on those who mocked the weak. Weaseling his way into the homes of wealthy students by speech magic and enough compliments, he exposed them for who they were. At age 20 he continued his work, but to the scale of large ships by sneaking aboard and scouting to see exactly who owned what, how they got it, and what they were doing with it. This led to him being found by the captain on one ship while he was leaving, having determined the place to not fit the critea of being corrupt. He eventually fell in love with the captain and married her, before settling down on a farm with her at 21. At 23 he and his wife found an egg in the nearby forest of their property, with that egg being Camellia's. Taking the abandoned egg in, they waited for it to hatch and raised the child. Ace nowadays works hard as a farmer and dad, though whispers say he is still a gentleman thief.
