"I've stolen so many faces for you...
Which one...

Which one will make you love me...?"

A Sin contains two souls in their body: the Sin itself, and the owner of the body it resides in.
When these souls synchronize, their strongest powers are created. It is important for the Sin and its Host to be compatible.

NV and Envy are not.

This is a form created not out of mutual understanding but manipulation and tragedy.
Emotions become unstable, and as NV becomes lost in their breakdown, Envy transforms their body into an amalgamation of everything they've stolen:
a true monster.

Although Envy can control the body at moments, NV's violent breakdown overpowers it occasionally, and the monstrous form becomes erratic and uncontrollable.

How to return them back to normal is unknown.
If they can turn back to normal is also unknown.

There are two states in this form: Monster and Rampage.

In the Monster Form:
- Envy controls this form.
- The Monster can alter its height but averages around 8 ft tall.
- Removing its mask can reveal one of the faces it's stolen, or a combination of the traits stolen.
- The wraps move towards all living things.
- Sometimes the diamond on its chest will also sport a face.
- Strength, speed, and defense are increased.
- Using Sarcophagus can let it use its wraps to create clones with the faces it's stolen to fight enemies. Multiples of these clones can be created.
- Multiple voices are used at the same time (example).

In the Rampage Form:
- It is uncontrollable.
- It stays at a height of 12 ft tall.
- Several faces it's stolen try to come out at once, sometimes each with seemingly their own personality.
- Sometimes the Rampage will claw its faces off. These faces will grow into zombie-like creatures that will either attack those nearby, friend or foe, or return to the Rampage.
- Strength and defense are massively increased.
- The improved Sarcophagus ability is usable, though unlikely.
- Rarely speaks, but when it does it is similar to the Monster's.
