Fehea is incredibly loving, and looks after all creatures of the ocean, providing them a safehaven. Nobody has ever seen her calm composure broken, and perhaps nobody ever will. Anyone who has had the honor of meeting her knows there's no feeling worse than seeing her disappointed in you.

Her wings are just for decoration, she never actually flies in the air. The most use they get is splashing and swimming.
