Terrance, more commonly known as Tera, is a guy determined to help Harley get over himself. He's partial to idiots, which makes Harley a great "personal project" (until he eventually falls for him), but he also tutors Aiari and generally keeps the gang out of trouble. He's firm, but a sap towards the people he cares about.
