please note: these rules are not necessarily in place for designs that were not given these rules [please check the thread in which you got the design, though]. however, if these rules were on the front page/on the design then they DO stand

even if these rules weren't in place when you bought the design, it would be appreciated if you followed them

consistent failure to follow rules will result in me not selling you any more adopts

I will generally not revoke designs, but may do under extreme circumstances. but its not likely, so don't worry

RULES:

-if you get a design from me FOR FREE, then you may NOT sell them unless you've gotten it about 3-5 pieces of art and/or developed them (free art does NOT increase the value)

-if you PAID for a design, then you can only sell them for WHAT YOU PAID FOR unless you've gotten more art/development (free art does NOT increase the value)

-please let me know before selling/trading them!

-you must credit me for the design

-do not remove any signatures

-if applicable, follow the lineart artists rules

-please do not use my designs for anything offensive/hateful towards any group of people

-ADDED 6TH AUGUST 2020: you may not sell for real money UNLESS you have bought it with real money, ordered art with real money or drawn art yourself

-ADDED 20TH MARCH 2021: if you buy a design with the intention of gifting it to a blocked user, you will be banned from buying any more adopts from me (ofc accidents happen, this rule refers to INTENTIONALLY helping a user block evade to get a design of mine)

-ADDED 24TH APRIL 2021: any art i do for others is only worth the value paid for it (art ordered with c$ = added C$ value to the oc, not USD/etc, art trades/art for ocs does not addUSD value, etc)

-ADDED 3RD JUNE 2021: please do not use my designs for NSFW purposes (gore is fine) Feb 09/2023: this rule has been removed, just please be reasonable (i.e. nothing disgusting like NSFW of an underage oc) & tag appropriately!

-ADDED 3RD JUNE 2021: backing out of a leading offer may result in you being blocked/blacklisted from getting another adopt by me

-ADDED 1ST OCTOBER 2021: with GBP adopts, please make sure that you select no address needed. do NOT issue a chargeback under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
