• *Alexander ♂ [Noivern] [Deceased] & *Luna ♀ [Noivern -Melan] [Deceased] 
  Alex and Luna were his 'first loves'. He dated both at the same time, though they did not live together. 
  He switched back and forth with time spending. Alex died of illness at middle age,
  and Luna lost her life to Aurix (a Yveltal) who Dev ironically slept with not knowing he's apparently a murderer. 
    
• Lola♀ [Noivern - Albino] [Alive]
  Lola he met in the 70s, shes a hippie Noivern who lived in the woods in a small cabin, she had many lovers who seemed to not mind Dev
  nor vice versa, sometimes he'd spend time with them as well, with or without Lola. Lola and Dev remain friends but have no romance, 
  it was short-lived to begin with lasting only a few months. Lola has five children now and there is a possibility that one of them is Dev's. 
    
• Marie ♀ [Oricorio - Baile Style] [Alive]
  Technically Marie's and Dev's relationship was one-sided, she was in love with Dev but he didn't want a romantic relationship with her.
  Their relationship was moreso a 'fling', most refereed to Dev as just 'her lover' and nothing further. Marie has three children with her previous husband,
  that Dev surprisingly gets along with. Marie is bitter about being left but at the same time she still loves Dev and would take any affection from him 
  (after slapping him across the face and yelling at him in Spanish) 
    
• *Tyler ♂ [Noivern] [Alive]
  Dev met Tyler when he was a teen coming out of Highschool as a nineteen year old, he ran into Dev after football practice in collage and got along with him well.
  They started off as good friends that gradually moved into friends with benefits that resulted in a three year relationship till they decided to just be friends in the end. 
  Dev still visits Tyler and will also take him on tours.
    
• Desoto♂ [Houndoom] [Alive]
  Another person Dev has known for a long time and has had a long friendship with, they never really thought of trying out a relationship
  till Desoto and he got wasted one night and landed in the same bed. Dev ended up breaking it off a year later which hurt Desoto for some time,
  but eventually he got over it and remains good friends with Dev. 
    
• Cloe ♀ [Alolan Ninetales] [Alive] 
  Dev and Cloe have had the longest relationship lasting 10 years and it ended terribly, 
  Dev still has feelings for Cloe but is trying to get over them and to not fall back into their toxic relationship, 
  hence his reason for moving countries.  He and Cloe were going to get married but Dev ended the relationship 
  due to various understandable issues between them. 
    
• Twins: Glitz & Sparks♂♂ [Sylveon & Shiny Sylveon] [Alive] [Alive]
  The twins had a very short relationship with Dev, lasting half a year till they decided to just remain friends.
  He does still visit them and spend the night, he will also take them with him on tour occasionally, usually during Summer.
