A weather researcher from the colder regions just east of rainbow rapids! She’s basically a storm chaser, running off to catch the most dangerous of weather and dedicate her time to understand what causes it and how she could possibly predict what could when the storm would come again.

Sitra may look intimidating but she’s actually a really bug softie. She uses her looks as an advantage to stop any rowdy no gooders from making chaos, though she prolly wouldn’t act on anything unless it’s truly necessary.

One of her main interest is in Merphin tech and she might just be easily bribed if someone happens to have insight on those elusive merphins...
